Brentford welcomes Leeds to the Brentford Community Stadium in this crucial final round match in the Premiership. The home team are in 11th position with 46 points while the visitors are in 17th position with 35 points. Brentford will be pushing for a top half finish in their first season in the Premiership as they are just two points behind 10th placed Brighton. They need a win to try and snatch the tenth spot on the final day. Brentford have had a fantastic end to their season and have only lost once in their last seven matches with five wins and a draw. They are unbeaten in their last four home matches, winning three and drawing one. Brentford are unbeaten in their last ten home matches against Leeds dating back to 1950 when they last loss at home to them. Leeds will be fighting for their top flight status in this match and although they not in the relegation zone at this stage they are very much in danger.
