The top two in the group meet but qualification for either of them isn't yet confirmed. Brazil and Peru have both beaten Haiti and drawn with Ecuador. They know though that Ecuador are likely to get three points from their game against Haiti so if this game ends with a win for one side then the losers are more than likely to find themselves on the way home. Brazil struggled to finish the job off against Ecuador in their opening fixture but had no such problems when they hammered Haiti 7-1 with a hat-trick from Coutinho. Peru had also beaten Haiti but only 1-0, then they really blew it against Ecuador. They led 2-0 after 13 minutes and should have sealed qualification. However, Ecuador pulled it back to 2-2 and now the Peruvians find themselves in real trouble. Brazil beat Peru 3-0 in a recent World Cup qualifier and I expect them to get another victory here.
