Brazil start the game in fourth place which is the final automatic qualification position. After their 1-1 draw in Argentina they have four points from their opening three games. That's five points behind leaders Ecuador but only two above ninth placed Argentina.  Peru are in 8th place but only a point behind their opponents here. Brazil had to come from behind to get a point against Argentina and with successive home games against Peru and Uruguay they have the chance to really build up some momentum in this qualifying group, They'll be hoping for a better performance from Neymar here who was disappointed against Argentina. Peru began their campaign with two straight defeats but breathed some life into their hopes of making it to Russia with a 1-0 home win over Paraguay. Their away form is a worry though plus the fact that Brazil have a fantastic record against them with just three defeats by Peru in 41 games and a win over them in the Copa America earlier this year.
