The final fixture of matchday 10 in the 2026 CONMEBOL World Cup qualifying campaign sees fourth-place Brazil hosting ninth-placed Peru in Brasília. Let’s get into the prediction for this match between the Seleção Canarinho and La Blanquirroja.
It’s certainly been a hot-and-cold first half of qualifiers for Brazil. The five-time world champions started off with seven points from their first three, before a horrendous run saw them lose the next three in a row. However, their return to qualification action after a disappointing Copa America has seen them win two of the last three and could signal a turning of the tides for Brazil.
The Seleção had to come back from being a goal down early on against Chile when the teams faced off on Thursday.
