Brazil vs Belgium Prediction & Betting Tips - World Cup
by Daniel Ngulu | in World Cup Predictions
Brazil beat Belgium 2 – 0 on their way to lifting the 2002world title and they will be hoping for a repeat here while Belgium may be up for revenge and hoping for a better show than the Japan one, where they needed to come from two goals down before winning 3 – 2. Brazil takes to the game a run of 15 matches unbeaten, having dispatched Mexico easily from the second round, and on the other hand, Belgium have a 23 match unbeaten run. In the last five matches, Brazil have scored 10 goals averaging two per game, and they have been so good defensively that they let in just one goal. They have 11 wins in 15 matches and eight clean sheets in their last 10. At the World Cup level, Brazil have won six of the last 10 and kept four clean sheets in the process, scoring in eight of 10 World Cup matches. Belgium on the other hand, have shown great attacking prowess, managing an average of three goals per game in the last five but haven’t done so well defensively, conceding six in the last five matches. They have six straight wins going to this clash. In their last 10 matches, Belgium have kept six clean sheets, and they have 13 wins in 15 matches, scoring in 14 of the 15. At the World Cup stage, Belgium have eight wins in 10 matches and scored in eight of those as well.

Our Brazil vs Belgium Prediction
Going to this game there is a very high possibility that we will see goals from both sides. Brazil have scored in all their matches at the World Cup, and so have Belgium. The key men will definitely be Romelu Lukaku for Belgium and Neymar for Brazil. Lukaku didn’t score in the win over Japan but was crucial in the win, while Neymar was on target against Mexixo. A bet on either of the two getting to the score sheet seems a good one, but in terms of strength and endurance, Brazil seems to have it. The Belgian defence was exposed against Japan, and even Tunisia, in each of the two occasions the team conceding twice and going by that, they will not have is so easy against Brazil. Though they will miss Douglas Costa and Casemiro, Brazil seem the favorites to win this in 90 minutes.
