Braga vs Sporting Prediction & Betting Tips - Liga Portugal

Sporting are two points behind Benfica and still have a chance of winning the league title. One game to go and the equation is a simple one due to Sporting's inferior goal difference. They have to win at Braga and hope somehow Benfica lose at home to Nacional. Sporting have won their last eight league games but Benfica have won their last 11 so they've made no ground on the league leaders whatsoever. While Benfica host Nacional who have the third worst away league record, Sporting have a much tougher game at fourth placed Braga. They don't have much to play for though with their place in the Europa League group stages confirmed for next season and 12 points adrift of third placed Porto. Recent form for Braga hasn't been that hot with only four points from their last three games but two were away from home. A draw at bottom of the table Academica isn't great form to be taking into a game against Sporting. On home territory they are in decent form with four wins and a draw in their last five. The last two home wins have been against sides in the bottom four and they struggled to get  a get a 3-2 win over Setubal. They are unbeaten in their last ten at home since a defeat by Benfica in November but I think that record is going to end here as Sporting do all they can to put pressure on Benfica.
