Braga were runners-up in this competition back in 2011 but haven't done too well since. This season they are fourth in the Portuguese league but going through a difficult patch at present with two heavy defeats, including a 5-1 hammering at the hands of Benfica at the weekend. Both those defeats were in away games but at home they are a lot stronger with nine wins and just one defeat in the league. In this tournament they haven't lost any of their five home games so far. They won their group finishing a point ahead of Marseille but six of their seven goals were scored at home. The knock-out stages have seen narrow wins over Sion and Fenerbache, Shaktar Donetsk also have a win over Fenerbache this season but in the third qualifying round of the Champions League. Donetsk made it to the group stages of the Champions League but had a really hard draw having to face both Real Madrid and PSG. They finished third and switched to the Europa League getting wins over Schalke and Anderlecht. This is hard to pick a winner as Shaktar have had two good away wins in the knock-out stages, I think there'll be a few goals and a bet on over 2.5 goals can be a winner.
