There's still work to do but both of these clubs have eased their Premier League relegation worries in recent weeks. Bournemouth begin the weekend in 14th place with visitors West Ham a place and two points behind them but with a game in hand. The home side won 3-2 at Tottenham last weekend and that's taken them six points above the bottom three with seven games remaining. They begin a run of three league games against sides who are below them in the table with Southampton and Leeds up next. Three of their last four league games have been won, the other a 2-0 home loss to Brighton and Hove Albion. Home form does remain inconsistent with only two wins from their last seven home Premier League fixtures. Those two wins have come in their last three home matches.

West Ham reached the semi-finals of the Europa Conference League on Thursday evening. The 4-1 home win over Gent continued their good run and they are now four points above the bottom three with a game in hand. Only one of their last nine games has been lost, a 5-1 thrashing on home soil by Newcastle United. Away form has been a problem all season in the Premier League. It's still not great but four points from the last four away league fixtures is a distinct improvement. Last weekend saw them recover to get a 2-2 home draw with leaders Arsenal and a double chance bet on them to win or draw this game looks a likely winner.
