Bournemouth vs QPR Prediction & Betting Tips - Championship
by James | in Championship Predictions
Promotion hopefuls Bournemouth host Queens Park Rangers at the Vitality Stadium in the Championship on Saturday. The Cherries were relegated from the Premier League last season and look like a decent bet to go straight back up. They have 10 points from their opening four matches, leaving them third in the table, two points off the top. QPR have had a slow start to the season, only taking five points from their opening four matches, leaving them ninth in the table. QPR were last in the Premier League in 2015 and one of the biggest issues to plague their promotion attempts has been their away form. They are winless in five away Championship matches and they have only won two of their last 15 away league games. Bournemouth have won all three of their matches at home this season, including a penalty shoot-out victory over Crystal Palace in the League Cup. With plenty of Premier League quality in their squad, Bournemouth face a challenge to hang to their best players. The domestic transfer deadline day takes place the day before this fixture is scheduled so that may affect Jason Tindall's selections.
Bournemouth have won three of their last four matches against QPR while the visitors have won two of the last five. Only one of the last five matches between these teams featured both teams scoring. QPR have scored in their last four away league matches, so we suggest staying away from goal bets. Instead, back the home side to win.

Our Bournemouth vs QPR Prediction
Bournemouth have made a strong start to the campaign and it wouldn't be a surprise to see them bounce straight back up. QPR have struggled on the road for a long time and shouldn't pose much of a challenge to a team used to playing at a higher level. Back Bournemouth.
