Bournemouth are sixth in the table and a win in this match at home to Manchester United will take them into the top four. They have won three of their last four league matches beating Crystal Palace, Watford and Fulham. More importantly, they have kept three straight clean sheets which is a big improvement for them. Two of those games were against Southampton and Fulham, who aren't exactly setting the world alight at present. Bournemouth have won three and drawn two of their five home league matches this season and unbeaten in the last six. This is their first home league game of the season against one of the current top eight in the table and it's going to be a big test of just how good they are.

Manchester United come into the weekend in eighth place, five points adrift of the top four and nine behind the league leaders. They can't afford many more slip-ups if they want to get into the top four and have a good recent record against Bournemouth. United have won four out of their last five games against Bournemouth and have won away to them in each of the past two seasons. Jose Mourinho's men beat Everton at home last weekend and have only lost one of their last five away league games including a draw at Chelsea that was so nearly a victory. This isn't easy to predict, Bournemouth are sixth but had a good fixture list so far. United struggle for consistency but have a strong squad, a good record against Bournemouth and just one loss in the last five away league games. Go for United to get the win.
