Borussia Dortmund vs Eintracht Frankfurt Prediction & Betting Tips - Bundesliga

Borussia Dortmund have a big game in the Bundesliga this weekend, as they host Eintracht Frankfurt, one of the teams chasing European football next season. Being two points behind league leaders Bayern Munich, Dortmund will be seeking to rise against a Frankfurt side that is two points below the Conference League spot. Dortmund will play this game hours after Bayern take on Mainz in the first league game scheduled for Saturday. Regardless of how that game pans out, the pressure is on for Dortmund, to first of all try to go top, or at least ensure the gap doesn’t get wider. They missed the opportunity to go top last weekend as they drew 3-3 with Stuttgart in a game that at one point they led 2-0. Dortmund have two wins, two losses and a draw in their last five matches but the number of goals they’ve been conceding will be their biggest concern. In the last five matches they have no clean sheet and they’ve conceded two or more in three of the last four matches.

Eintracht Frankfurt travel to Dortmund with a poor run that threatens to end their chances of a place in Europe next season. The visitors are on just one win in the last 10 matches and that was a German Cup game – a 2-0 win over Union Berlin. In the Bundesliga, they have no win in the last seven matches. Four goals in the last four matches for French international Randal Kolo Muani haven't lifted Eintracht Frankfurt as much as they would have wished for, but their major problem is in the defence. The visiting team has scored in each of the last four matches though they have just one clean sheet in 10 matches. Both teams have scored in four of Eintracht Frankfurt’s last five league matches, and they have failed to score in one of the five matches.
