Juventus missed out in the Italian Cup final but now resume their bid to win Serie A once again. The league leaders travel to Bologna who are tenth in the table with European aspirations. Juventus are in a dogfight with Lazio for the Serie A title with a one-point lead. They can go four points clear with a win in this game as Lazio don't play until next Wednesday. The league leaders have won their last three games in Serie A, their last defeat being to Verona on 8 February. Their away form has produced eight league victories but two of the last three have been lost. Strangely, each of their last five away league fixtures have ended in a 2-1 scoreline.

Bologna are tenth in Serie A but in with a chance of qualifying for next season's Europa League. The Europa League position is supposed to be sixth but that's occupied at present by Napoli who have already qualified thanks to their Italian Cup win. If they stay in the top six, then seventh would be good enough and Bologna are only two points adrift of that position and only five off sixth place. They will need to show improved form though with only one point earned from their last three league games. They lost at Lazio and at home to Genoa, the latter being their fourth home loss of the season. Only four of their 13 home league games have been won this season with their last win being on 1 February. The defeat by Genoa is their only home loss in their last six but three of the last five have ended in a 1-1 draw but not against strong opposition. They don't come much stronger than Juventus, so the tip here is for an away victory.
