Birmingham vs Brighton Prediction & Betting Tips - Championship

I'm not counting my chickens but Brighton and Hove Albion look pretty good for promotion to the Premier League. A midweek win at Blackburn Rovers has seen the gap between them and third placed Reading widen to eight points and with a massively better goal difference, it's virtually nine.  Albion have gone 15 league games without defeat and only conceded seven goals in those matches. Away from home they have only lost one out of ten and that was at league leaders Newcastle United. Birmingham City are eighth in the table and only a point away from the play-off places. Midweek saw them defeat Ipswich 2-1 at home and then the next day they sacked their manager Gary Rowett!  Perhaps the owners mind was already made up as they'd lost their previous two games without scoring and conceding seven. They have won six out of eleven at home and only lost twice but how will their squad react to the shock departure of their manager? Birmingham lost 4-0 at Newcastle last Saturday and will struggle to cope with an in-form Brighton and Hove Albion side, so go for an away win here.
