Betis are fifth in the standings with 40 points while Madrid are second with 52 points. Betis are chasing a Champions League slot for next season and come into this match in superb form having won three straight matches. Manuel Pellegrini’s men defeated Elche in a five-goal thriller last time out, coming from 2-0 down to win 3-2. It was the second game in their last three outings that they have come out as 3-2 winners. At least 2.5 goals have been scored in Betis’ last five matches and against a potent team like Madrid, this is a market that one should seriously consider.

Real Madrid have been blowing hot and cold since returning from the Club World Cup and come into this match having not won in their last two matches. They lost 1-0 to rivals Barcelona in the first leg of their Copa Del Rey semifinal on Thursday and will be keen to end this slump and avoid falling further away in the title race. Three of Madrid’s last four matches have ended all square at halftime with two going goalless. Away from home in the league, Madrid have also stuttered and have won three and lost three of their last six matches on the road. They have scored in all but one of those matches and coincidentally, all three of their wins have ended 2-0.
