Fifth placed Real Betis host Cadiz who are 15th and battling to stay in La Liga. The home side look certain to be playing in European football next season. They are currently in the Europa League spot and eight points clear of seventh placed Athletic Bilbao so even a Europa Conference League place looks likely. However, Betis want better than that and are only three points behind Real Sociedad who occupy the final Champions League qualifying place. The home side are not in the best of form though with only one win in their last six games. It's been a tough fixture list though with two games against Manchester United and a 1-0 loss at Atletico Madrid last weekend. They are unbeaten in their last three home league games and kept clean sheets in the last two. One of those saw them hold Real Madrid to a goalless draw.

Cadiz start this weekend just one point above the relegation zone. They have only won six league games all season and only bottom-of-the-table Elche have won less in La Liga. The away side lost at home to Sevilla last weekend, ending a run of three straight league draws. They'd led in the last two of those draws so really should be a bit higher in the table. Only one of their last six league games has been won, a home victory over Rayo Vallecano. Away form has been a problem all season with only two wins and seven losses. Just seven goals have been scored in their 13 away fixtures, the lowest total in La Liga this season. Just two points have been earned from their last five away league games and another loss looks on the way this weekend.
