Besiktas look to keep up their slim hopes of a 16th Turkish Super Lig title when they host Antalyaspor at Vodafone Park this Friday night. The Turkish giants, fifth in the table, are nine points behind league leaders Trabzonspor. Antalyaspor, meanwhile, are 11th in the table and in the kind of form that will surely see them climb higher before the season's end. The visitors are unbeaten in eight matches and come into this game off the back of an impressive 1-0 over Sivasspor, who have been tussling for the title themselves for much of the season. Besiktas have picked up patchy results in recent weeks, failing to win three of their last five games. While the quality of the opposition has to be taken into account (they played three of the top four in that sequence), the title is likely to go to a team that can beat their title rivals. Then again, a time that wins against the rest of the division also has a good shout.

With four wins from their last five matches against Antalyaspor, Besiktas will be the heavy favourites to win this fixture. At home, Besiktas are pretty strong, unbeaten in 22 of their last 24 Super Lig games at Vodafone Park. Of late, they have been finding the back of the net regularly in fixtures taking place on their own patch. They have scored at least twice in their last three home fixtures. Games at Vodafone Park tend to be full of goals with at least three being scored in each of the last six played there.
