Benfica vs Braga Prediction & Betting Tips - Liga Portugal

It's a big week for Benfica with another tough game at the top of the league and then an away game at Bayern Munich in the quarter finals of the Champions League.  They won't be able to rest any players here though as they need all the points they can get at present. Benfica lead the table by two points from Sporting Lisbon with Porto six points behind the leaders. Current form is good with nine wins and a defeat in the last ten league matches. At home they have eight wins and two losses. 18 wins in their last 19 in all competitions illustrates the difficult job that Braga have but Benfica have lost at home this season to both Sporting and Porto. Braga lost 2-0 at home to Benfica earlier in the season and are fourth in the table at present. They are 11 points behind the Champions League places and will almost certainly be in the Europa League next season. Away form isn't great with just one win in the last four league games and lost away to 11th placed Belenenses recently. Benfica should have too much for them here unless their mind is on that Champions League game but I don't think that'll be the case.
