Barcelona vs Osasuna Prediction & Betting Tips - LaLiga

Barcelona are closing in on the La Liga title and look for three points at home to eighth placed Osasuana. The league leaders go into this match with an 11 point lead over second placed Real Madrid. Both sides have six games to play so a win here will see Barcelona nearly home. They have only lost one of their last nine league games, a 2-1 loss at Raya Vallecano. Barcelona bounced back in style from that April defeat with a convincing 4-0 home win over sixth placed Real Betis. Home form this season has seen Barca yet to be defeated in La Liga. They have won 13 and drawn three on home soil with 32 goals scored. More impressive is the fact that in 16 home La Liga fixtures, they have conceded just two goals.  Those two goals were an Espanyol penalty and an own goal against Real Madrid so Osasuna face a massive task in this match.

Osasuna won't just lie down for the home side but have another match to think about. They have reached the Copa del Rey final and take on Real Madrid on May 6. That's one of two possible routes into European football for Osasuna. They are five points behind the final European competition qualifying position and won't want to see that gap widen. Osasuna have lost two of their last four league games and their away form is not inspiring. They have only two wins in their last nine away La Liga games, not the form to take into a match at Barcelona. Only four away league games have been achieved this season with just 12 goals scored.  Back Barcelona to win this and be ahead at both half and full time.
