Barcelona rallied from behind to secure a 1-1 draw with Athletic Bilbao in their last game and when they host Getafe in La Liga Week 3 action, their focus will be on three points. They have four points from their opening two games while Getafe have lost both opening matches. Memphis Depay came to Barcelona’s rescue with the equalizing goal and the Catalans will hope for a more comfortable outing. They have three wins, a loss and a draw in their last five matches across all competitions, and both teams have scored in four of their last five league matches. Depay has started his Barca sojourn well, Martin Braithwaite is enjoying a good run and Ansu Fati has started training after recovery from a knee injury. In attack, they are sorted, and the big worry will be in defence, where they have just one clean sheet in five. Barcelona have conceded two goals in three of the last five matches.

Getafe go to this game on the back of two straight losses, and have failed to register a goal so far. In their last game, they fell 1-0 to Sevilla courtesy of a late Erik Lamela goal. They haven’t also scored in four of the last five league matches and only managed two goals in a run of five league matches. In the last seven league matches, they’ve lost five and only have three wins in the last 20 league matches. Away from home in the league, Getafe are winless in four straight matches; they’ve scored no goal and lost three, while keeping only one clean sheet. Last year in October, Getafe beat Barcelona 1-0 for their only win in 19 meetings with the Catalans.
