Barcelona may have lost their long unbeaten run at the weekend but they are still in prime position to complete another La Liga and Champions League double. They still have a six point lead over Atletico Madrid and may well have to beat both Madrid sides to lift the Champions League trophy. Barcelona lost their only previous European tie against Atletico but have had the upperhand on them this season with two wins both by the score of 2-1. They haven't lost a home game in European competition since 2013 and have won 30 of their last 37 games. Atletico didn't have the easiest of times getting out of their group with a home defeat by Benfica early on. The last 16 saw them have two 0-0 draws with PSV Eindhoven, eventually getting the win on penalties. They really have a poor record against Barcelona over the past few years and it'll take a fair bit for them to get something from this game, though I am expecting it to be reasonably tight. Even so Barcelona should get the win.
