FK TSC Backa Topola vs West Ham Prediction & Betting Tips - Europa League

West Ham United's success in Europe continues as they top Europa League Group A. They travel to TSC Backa Topola who are in bottom place and already unable to progress to the knockout stages. The Hammers are only ahead of second placed Frieburg on head-to-head results and five clear of Olympiacos who are third in the table. A win over Backa will take them into the knockout stages and a draw will be enough if Olympiacos fail to beat Frieburg. West Ham will want to win the group though as that takes them into the last 16 rather than play in the knockout play-off round. Their final group game is home to Frieburg in a fortnight. The Irons have won three of their four group fixtures. Their only loss came when being beaten 2-1 by Olympiacos. They bounced back well from that defeat though and beat the Greeks 1-0 at the London Stadium. Last weekend saw them come from behind to win 2-1 at Burnley, their second successive Premier League win and third consecutive victory. They are now ninth in the table, six points behind the top five.

TSC Backa Topola are still in with a chance of at least finishing third and being moved into the Europa Conference League. They only have one point from their four group fixtures and are three points adrift of Olympiacos. Their only point came against the Greeks, coming from 2-0 down to grab a 2-2 home draw. They travel to Greece for their final fixture but if they lose this game and Olympiacos get a point away at Freiburg, then that will end their European season. Backa lost the reverse fixture to West Ham 3-1 (after taking the lead) and we tip the English side to win this match.
