Celtic have all eyes on a place in the group stage when they head to the Netherlands to take on AZ Alkmaar in the return leg of their Europa League playoff. The Scottish side leads 2-0 from the first leg and has been in great form after the shaky start to the season. AZ head to this game on the back of two straight losses and having failed to score so the pressure on them is immense at this point in time. They have no clean sheet in their last three matches and will be looking to recover from a bad start to the campaign. It has been better at home though, the team having gone unbeaten in the last 13 there, all those being wins, and scoring two or more goals in 11 of them. They go to this game with eight clean sheets in their last 10 home matches but have no win in the last five Europa League matches, having advanced to the group stages last season. In the last five Europa League matches, AZ have lost three and failed to score in three.

Celtic are in stunning form and will be keen on carrying the same here; they’ve won each of their last six matches and scored two or more goals in each one of them. Heading into this game, they are coming from a 6-0 win over St. Mirren in the Premiership. Former England international Joe Hart was more of a panic buy at the team but the gamble is paying off with the team currently on four clean sheets in the last five matches. The attacking department is also working superbly, with 20 goals in the last five matches and four of their last five matches have produced over 2.5 goals.
