Atlético Nacional will look to continue their winning start to their Copa Libertadores campaign when they host Melgar on matchday two of Group H in Barranquilla on Friday. Atlético are top of the standings with three points after matchday one while Melgar are third with one point. Atlético Nacional qualified for this season’s Copa Libertadores group stage directly by winning the 2022 Colombian Apertura. They are in this stage of the competition for the first time since 2018, when they went on to make it to the round of 16. Atlético started their campaign with a 2-1 away win over Argentine club Patronato coming back from a goal down. They needed two goals beyond the 75th minute to clinch three points.
