Atletico Mineiro host Flamengo at the Mineirao, in a must win game for both. The Brazilian Champions are currently sixth in the division and are not experiencing their best of form. They have no wins in their last four, failing to score in two of those. Their performance drastically improves at the Mineirao, where they have three wins in their last four. However, they have failed to keep clean sheets at home of late, with six of their last seven featuring both teams scoring. They have won all four of their last games against Flamengo at home, all of which also ended with Over 2.5 goals.

Flamengo have not been in the best of form either lately. No manager has managed to escape Jorge Jesus’ shadow, after the successful manager led them to Serie A and Copa Libertadores triumphs in 2020. Despite starting strongly, three defeats in their last four have seen them drop to ninth in the standings. They also need to work a bit on their defence, having conceded in five of their last six. When it comes to their away form, it is mixed, having won three of their last seven but conceding defeats in their latest two at Bragantino and Internacional. They have conceded nine goals in the six away Serie A games they have played so far, with four of those featuring both teams to score.
