Atletico Madrid come into this game knowing they have a chance of winning La Liga and the Champions League. It's going to take a bit to get through against Bayern Munich but we thought that when they faced Barcelona in the last round. Madrid are in great form at present with five straight wins in La Liga where they trail Barcelona by a single point. their home form in the CL has been good since the opening loss to Benfica in the group stages. Since then they have kept a series of clean sheets but can they do that against Bayern? the visitors aren't at their srongest away from home in the CL with only two wins in their last nine and none in heir last seven CL knockout games. they are prolific scorers though and have scored a least two in all of their away games aside from the loss at Arsenal in the group sages. Madrid know how good Bayern are at home where they are yet to lose a CL game this season. that could make this an open game and I think there will be a least a couple of goals in this match so that's my bet here.
