Just like in the Champions League there will be at least one Spanish team with these two La Liga sides facing off against each other in the quarter finals. This really should be a tight game if the current La Liga table says anything. Bilbao are seventh ahead of Seville on goal difference. Bilbao have had a tough time getting this far and only beat Zillna on away goals in the play-off round. They won their group though and have beaten Marseille and another Spanish side Valencia in the last sixteen (another away goals win). Recent form in La Liga isn't great with just one point from their last two games. Seville are eighth but eight points clear of Malaga and should get another spell in the Europa League next season, unless they win this year and go into the 2016/17 Champions League. That's just what they did last year but got knocked out in the group stages having to face Manchester City and Juventus. They finished third so went back into this tournament and have had wins over Molde and Basel. Their big problem is away form and they are still looking for their first away La Liga win this season. I can see Bilbao getting a narrow home win here.
