Away from home in the season, Parma have played four matches, losing two, to SPAL and Napoli while they have beaten Inter and Genoa and they will have their tails up against an Atalanta side winless in the last three home matches, having picked just one point from a possible nine and they have also not scored in the last three at home. Only two points separate 11th placed Parma from fifth place and they will be eyeing a leap to that point in this game. Parma have beaten Atalanta in three of their last five meetings and lost just once in the process while keeping three clean sheets and this could be the right run they need to spur them to a rise to the top 10 in the Serie A standings.
