Week four in the CAF Champions League will see Pyramids playing host to Mamelodi Sundown on Tuesday afternoon. At the halfway point of the group stages, there is nothing to split Group A, with all four teams tied at four points apiece. The hosts are currently fourth, and the visitors lead the group only via goal difference. Pyramids held on to a 0-0 draw when these sides met in South Africa less than a fortnight ago. They were the dominant side in the match and did not allow their opponents a single shot on target across the 90 minutes. Despite all their possession and a red card being shown to Osama Galal late in the day, the Brazilians could not find the go-ahead goal. Sundowns returned to PSL action last week and were back to their dominant selves. They beat Cape Town Spurs 3-0 at home, maintaining their 100% win rate in the league. Sundowns have now gone 11 wins in a row in the PSL, are already leading the standings by seven points, and have three games in hand on the sides below them. However, the visitors have not won in their last three continental cup away matches and will need to defy the odds to win this one.
