Last season Aston Villa had a nightmarish time but they managed to avoid relegation and get through to the FA Cup Final. A year later they are in an even worse position in the Premier League and in the Fourth Round of the FA Cup. Most of their fans know how this story is going to end - relegation and no trip to Wembley, that'll probably happen next year in the Championship play-offs if they're lucky. Recent results haven't been total doom and gloom with two wins, one over an out of form Crystal Palace and the other over a team three leagues below them (two next season unless Wycombe get promoted). Now they take on a Manchester City side who drew 0-0 at Villa Park earlier in the season. They've improved a bit recently with away form not so dodgy as it once was. Last week they drew 2-2 at West Ham and beat Norwich City 3-0 away in the FA Cup Third Round. Aguero is fit again and scoring but is likely to be rested for this game. City still have plenty in depth though and get a win here as they continue to chase a league and FA Cup double.
