Villa fans must look at the league table and ask 'Are we down yet?' That day is getting closer and closer as they start the weekend 12 points from safety, 13 really because of their terrible goal difference. They show no sign whatsoever of staging a revival and the last eight league games have produced just three points with four goals and 20 conceded. They finally got rid of Remi Garde this week but will that honestly change anything? Chelsea are at least in the top ten now after their disappointing season. That's nine points off the top six and they'll be hoping that either West Ham or Manchester United win the FA Cup and get a top four finish. That'd free up seventh place as a Europa League qualification spot and Chelsea trail that by just six points with a game in hand. Over the last 15 games Chelsea are a top four side and only have one defeat in their last 15 league games. Eight draws have cost them dearly though or they'd still be in with a chance of finishing in the top four. They can get three points here to keep up their late flourish and add more misery to Villa's season.
