Aston Villa still haven't won at home but a point at Southampton last week was almost like an early Christmas present for their supporters. Two points from their last 11 league games is an appalling return for any club and Villa really need to start getting some wins before the gap between them and safety grows too large to recover. At present it's seven points but where are the wins going to come from? They do have Newcastle, Norwich and Sunderland up soon and they could all be games that determine whether Villa have a Premier League future because I don't think they'll get anything against Arsenal. The Gunners won against Sunderland last week and then rescued their Champions League campaign with a 3-0 win in Greece. These are obviously the kind of games that Arsenal just have to win, then again the same was said about their recent visits to WBA and Norwich that produced just one point. Six goals in the last two games show Arsenal have got their goalscoring boots on again and they should be able to heap more misery on Villa this weekend.
