Arsenal vs Norwich Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Arsenal start the weekend in fourth place five points clear of Manchester United. They have played a game more though and after this match face a tough trip to Manchester City next weekend. They can't afford any slip-ups here at home to Norwich City. Home form has been pretty good recently with two wins and a draw since the shock loss to Swansea. Arsenal are on a seven game unbeaten league run at present but only three of those games have been won. Norwich City slipped back into the bottom three last weekend after Sunderland held Arsenal to a draw (Norwich didn't have a game). They are only behind Sunderland on goal difference and a point ahead of Newcastle and with a game in hand. It looked as if they were escaping the relegation zone after some good results including a win at WBA and at home to Newcastle. However, the last two league games have seen them lose to Crystal Palace and then a vital home six-pointer against Sunderland. It doesn't get much easier for the Canaries after this as their next home game is Manchester United at home before a home game against Watford (definitely winnable) and a final day away game at Everton (possible points there). Scoring is a problem though, take away the three they managed at home against an often generous Newcastle defence and they have only scored twice in the last seven games. Away from home they have managed just four in their last ten away league games, only scored one in the last six and lost seven of their last eight matches on the road. Not encouraging stats for sure and you won't be surprised to read that I'm going for Arsenal to win this on a -1 handicap.
