Arsenal vs Newcastle Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Arsenal are down to seventh in the Premier League and have failed to win any of their last three league games. Their poor run began with a 3-1 home defeat by Manchester United and was followed by away draws at Southampton and West Ham. They are only a point adrift of the top four though which has to be their main target this season. Home form remains strong with seven wins in a row before that loss to Manchester United. They have 12 goals in their last three home games with a 5-0 win over Huddersfield and a 6-0 thrashing of BATE Borisov before that defeat by United.  That home loss and a goalless draw with Red Star Belgrade are the only times this season that Arsenal have failed to score at least twice at home in a league or cup game. There should be more goals this weekend as they host out-of-form Newcastle United. Rafa BenItez has seen his side lose ten league games already this season and they are 16th just a point above the bottom three. That's a major disappointment for them having been in the top four at one stage. They have lost seven of their last eight league games with just one point out of 24. They have serious defensive problems having conceded in 12 of their last 13 league and cup games with only Crystal Palace failing to score against them. Newcastle have conceded at least twice in five of their last six games and that's a record that may  be added to this weekend. Away form has seen them earn just two points from their last six away league matches and they face a relegation battle under their new owners whenever they take over. This looks certain to be a home league win for Arsenal.
