Andorra vs Kosovo Prediction & Betting Tips - Euro

Kosovo and Andorra will seek to boost their declining Euro qualifying chances when the latter hosts Thursday’s next qualifier. The two nations are competing in Group I where Kosovo in fifth, sit two points above bottom-placed Andorra. Andorra have a slim chance of making it to next year’s continental showpiece but fate isn’t in their hands. Koldo Alvarez’s men have to win all their remaining four matches and hope that results elsewhere are favourable. It is a near-impossible task as the Tricolours are yet to register a win in the group after six rounds of play. They have lost four times with two of those defeats coming with them as hosts. Andorra, who have never qualified for a Euro tournament, have won only once in Euro qualifying since 1998.

Kosovo’s qualification from Group I is also not in their hands. The Dardanians are yet to win a match in the group after six matches but have avoided defeat more times than Andorra. They have drawn four of their qualifiers and are tied with fourth-placed Belarus on four points. A loss here could mean the end of their qualifying hopes. Kosovo lost 2-0 away to Romania in their last match with the result extending their current run without a win to eight matches. Thursday’s hosts haven’t won since a 5-1 success over Cyprus in the Nations League a year ago. They have drawn six of their last eight games with one of those being a 1-1 stalemate with Andorra on matchday two. That match in Pristina back in March was the very first meeting between the two nations.
