Things aren’t looking very rosy for AmaZulu and even their Champions League campaign is in. Danger as they prepare to host Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca. AmaZulu are third in Group B with six points from their opening four matches and Raja are top with nine points. All teams have played four matches. AmaZulu are unbeaten in the last 14 home matches and they will surely give Raja a run for their money. Recent matches have seen AmaZulu go winless in the last three, with two straight losses heading into this game, while they’ve failed to score in three of the last five matches. In each of the last three matches, AmaZulu have conceded two goals. Their two wins in the Champions League have come in home matches and they will be hoping for a third here.

Raja Casablanca were caught out by Horoya last time; that 2-1 loss was their first in the four matches in this group. Raja will blame themselves for playing an open game against Horoya even after taking the lead. Their hosts scored two quick goals to claim their first win in the group and here Raja will be keen to avoid a second straight defeat. With four goals in four matches, Raja have outscored AmaZulu in this group, and they have scored in each of their last five matches while keeping three clean sheets. In their last six matches, they have five wins and have only lost once in the last 11 matches. They beat AmaZulu 1-0 in their very opening group game of this season’s Champions League.
