Al-Fayha FC vs Al Hilal Prediction & Betting Tips - Saudi Pro League

Gameweek 19 in the Saudi Pro League will see Al Fayha playing host to Al Hilal on Friday afternoon. The hosts are currently in 11th place, while the visitors sit atop the league standings. After making a positive start to the 2023-24 Pro League season, which included an unbeaten run in their first three matches, Al Fayha seem to be running out of steam in recent weeks. They have managed just 19 points after 18 games and are just three points above the relegation zone. The Orange suffered their seventh league defeat of the season last weekend when they were beaten 3-0 by Al Khaleej. That result also marked their fourth loss in succession following defeats to Damak (4-0), Al Taawon (4-1) and Al Ahli (4-0) since December 1. Perhaps more concerningly, though, the hosts have failed to win a home match since August and have only won one of their nine home games this season. Al Fayha now face the formidable Al Hilal,  who they have failed to beat in their last three encounters and are unsurprisingly the underdogs heading into the match. 

Meanwhile, after facing the disappointment of finishing third last season, Al Hilal look destined to regain the league title this term. They currently lead the way in the Saudi Pro League with 50 points in 18 matches and are already seven and 13 points clear of fellow PIF-owned rivals Al Nassr and Al Ahli, respectively. The Blue Waves recorded a resounding 7-0 win over Abha in their last outing, which extended their excellent run of results to 11 league wins in a row and 19th win in all competitions. With just two drawn matches and 16 victories this season, they are also the only side in the Saudi top flight that are yet to lose a game this season. One of the most impressive parts of that record is that they have managed it without superstar Neymar, who has been injured since the start of the campaign. Al Hilal have also only conceded nine goals this season, which is head and shoulders better than any other side, with the next best record belonging to Al Taawon, who have conceded 18.
