The blockbuster fixture in the Saudi Pro League this week will see Al Ahli taking on Al Nassr at the King Abdullah Sports City on Friday evening. The hosts are currently in third place in the league standings, while the visitors are second. Al Ahli have made an excellent return to the top flight this season and are still in the running for a spot in the AFC Champions League. They are currently on 47 points after 23 matches, trailing their fellow PIF-owned opponents in this match by six points. The Royals secured their 14th win of the season last weekend, beating Al-Taawoun 1-0 on the road. That result extended their current unbeaten run in the Pro League to three matches, including two wins and a draw. Al Ahli have been very good at home this season.
