AC Milan vs Fiorentina Prediction & Betting Tips - Serie A

Milan begin the weekend third in Serie A but struggling for form in their domestic league. They look to get back into winning ways with a home win over sixth placed Fiorentina. The home side have only lost three league games this season but they have lost their last two. Losses came against Juventus and Udinese with Milan failing to score in either of those fixtures. That's left them six points behind the top two. Better form was shown in the Champions League with an impressive 2-1 home win over PSG before the international break. They need to transfer that form to Serie A, starting this weekend. Milan have won three of their five home league games, losing the other two. Of their five home Serie A fixtures this season, four of them have seen under 2.5 goals scored, Five goals were scored in their opening home league win over Torino but the four games that have followed have seen under 2.5 goals scored.  Milan have only scored three goals in the last four home league fixtures.

Fiorentina are in sixth place and only a point off the top four and three behind their opponents in this game. Like their opponents, current form in Serie A hasn't been impressive. They had lost three successive fixtures against Empoli, Lazio and Juventus before beating Bologna 2-1 at home in their most recent fixture. Fiorentina have won three of their six away league games but lost two. Only one of the last three away Fiorentina fixtures in Serie A has been won with the most recent being a 1-0 loss at Lazio.
