Zhang, the hometown favorite, also cruised to the last eight following a 6-3, 6-0 victory over Mattia Belluci. The Chinese used his powerful first serve to win 26 of the possible 32 points while breaking Belluci four times in the match. The No.6 seed Zhang is trying to win a career-first ATP title.
