The Raptors scored back-to-back wins vs. the Orlando Magic in the last two games, allowing them to barge into the 20-win mark this season. Toronto needed a late-game heroic from rookie Ja’Kobe Walker, who knocked down a go-ahead trey to give Toronto a 114-113 win over the Magic. The Jazz have lost their last three assignments, burying them further into the standings with a 15-47 record. Utah’s most recent defeat came against the Washington Wizards, 122-125, on March 5. Rookie big man Kyle Filipowski continues to turn heads with his excellent play as he followed his 25-point, 8-rebound performance vs. the Pistons with a double-double of 23 points and 13 rebounds vs. the Jazz.

On the flipside, the Raptors are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games against an opponent in the Western Conference. Raptors stars Scottie Barnes and RJ Barrett keep putting up consistent numbers, while other players on the bench such as Ja’Kobe Walker are taking advantage of the precious playing time they are getting as of late. The Raptors are a team that has playoff contender potential next season, especially if they get the service of Brandon Ingram. Now being led by a bunch of hungry youngsters, the Jazz are expected to show some feistiness in their game, though I don’t think their intensity would be enough to topple the Raptors at the six.
