The No. 20 Maryland Terrapins (20-6, 10-5) will try to extend their winning streak to four in a row tonight when they host the USC Trojans (14-11, 6-8) at the XFINITY Center in College Park, MD. Tipoff for this Big Ten matchup is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. ET, and fans can find coverage on FS1.

Maryland is coming in hot for this game, and not just because they’ve won their last three games. In their last game (Sunday, vs. Iowa), the Terrapins crushed the Hawkeyes 101-75. That 101-point effort was the highest score for an Iowa men’s basketball team since 2002. So, they aren’t just winning games; they are doing so in a record-setting dominant fashion. However, USC is not just going to roll over and die for Maryland. However, bettors may have a good reason for not wanting to get behind them. The Trojans are coming off a surprising home loss to Minnesota (69-66) and have won just three of their last eight games. The Trojans have not beaten a team on the road since Jan. 22 (vs. Nebraska, 78-73). Maryland has lost at home just once, Nov. 15 vs. then-No. 15 Marquette.
