Denmark had to dig deep to finish ahead of Slovenia and Northern Ireland in the qualifiers after what seemed like a straightforward progression. They can now look ahead with much positivity after enduring a rough World Cup campaign in Qatar. On the other hand, Slovenia will look to progress out of the group stages of a major event for the first time. They can do so by laying down a marker against the Danes before their matchups with Serbia and England.
