I'm a little surprised to see that Sounders aren't stronger favorites in the early betting. At Lumen Field, the hosts are very strong, while the Loons aren't great on the road, far from it. Of course, the Sounders did lose to LAFC last time out, but that game against the best in the business isn't of too much relevance here. Typically, the hosts know how to get the job done here, while the visitors have really struggled to get compete away from the comforts of home, losing five of their last six. They struggle to outscore opponents, which doesn't bode well given how solid the Sounders can be, giving little away. Don't be surprised to see Brian Schmetzer's grind this one out.
