Seattle Sounders and LAFC will face off in an exciting MLS clash on Saturday night at Lumen Field. The Sounders will be looking to put their season back on track after collecting only a single point in their first two league games. They started the season with a 2-2 draw with Charlotte before losing 2-0 to Real Salt Lake last weekend. This inconsistent start has left them 12th in the Western Conference standings, and head coach Brian Schmetzer will need to find a winning formula soon.
LAFC, meanwhile, have had a strong start to the 2025 season. They are third in the standings with 6 points after winning both of their matches 1-0. Their last league game was against Minnesota United, who they defeated courtesy of a second-half strike from Jeremy Ebobisse.
