Rangers FC missed their first target of the season. Present for the Champions League qualifiers, they had the ambition of reaching the league phase of the Champions League. OL are not having it all their own way. After their crazy 2-3 defeat by OM in Ligue 1, the Rhône-Alpes club bounced back. First of all, they won their Europa League opener against Olympiakos (2-0). Last weekend, Pierre Sage's men followed that up with a win at Toulouse FC. Far from dominating the proceedings, OL were nevertheless able to win in the final minutes (1-2). The win moved them up to 11th place in Ligue 1, and gave them a boost of confidence ahead of their trip to Toulouse.

Rangers FC will be without Ridvan Yilmaz, Rabbi Matondo and Danilo for this Europa League encounter. Oscar Cortés remains doubtful.
