The New York Knicks (50-31) visit the Brooklyn Nets (26-55) on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at the Barclays Center.

This is the fourth time that the Knicks and Nets will face each other this season. The Knicks have won all three games against their crosstown rivals. Two of those games were very close ones though, with the Knicks only having a 5.3-point winning margin against the Nets.

Moreover, it looks like the Knicks will rest their starters in this game. After all, they have already locked the 3rd seed in the Eastern Conference, with a first-round playoff matchup against Cade Cunningham and the Detroit Pistons just around the corner. As of writing, Jalen Brunson, OG Anunoby, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Josh Hart are listed in the team's injury report.

As for the Nets, D'Angelo Russell, Cam Johnson, and Day'Ron Sharpe will sit out against the Knicks. They have lost their last two games, including four of their last five. 

But with the possibility of the Knicks resting their key players, the Nets have what it takes to pull off an upset or keep this close. Look for Nets guard Keon Johnson to lead their attack and maximize their playing minutes at this point of the season.
