Two of the NFL's most disappointing teams lock horns on Thanksgiving, as the 4-7 Dallas Cowboys host the 2-9 New York Giants at AT&T Stadium. The game may not have any postseason implications, but both teams will be desperate to get one over on their fierce divisional rivals. The Cowboys snapped their five game losing streak with a wild 34-26 victory over the Comenders on Sunday. However, it has still been a hugely underwhelming season for America's Team and there are huge question marks over the future of HC Mike McCarthy, who has failed to take the team forward despite having one of the most talented rosters in the NFC. The Giants have had an even worse season - long-time QB Daniel Jones has been released and fans have been left angered by a string of limp offensive displays. Sunday's defeat to the Bucs was their sixth in a row and prompted suggestions that the team was 'playing soft'. Victory over their NFC East rivals on Thursday will go a long way towards quelling those accusations.

This isn't likely to be a Thanksgiving classic, but we think the game does offer some solid betting value. The Giants' lack of effort in the 30-7 defeat to the Bucs was hugely concerning and they look like a team playing for a high draft pick.
