Having lost two in a row and won just three of 10 road games this year, the Bucks head to Brooklyn's Barclays Center to take on the Nets. While the Bucks lost to the defending champion Celtics on Friday, the Nets haven't played in Boston since their 99-90 win on Wednesday against the Pacers. However, having rest advantage for the Nets hasn't necessarily been a good thing, as they are 2-4 this season when that has been the case.
The Nets had a good game against the Pacers on Wednesday. It was the visiting team that had been favored by the betting sites by 2.5 points, but Johnson played 35 minutes on the court and scored 26 points to lead the Nets to victory, managing a lead that at one point in the game was 21 points for the Brooklyn team.
This season, the Nets and Bucks faced each other on October 27 at the Barclays Center and the Nets won, being underdogs by 8.5 points. Thomas, who is expected to be out for the new match due to injury, scored 32 points while Schröder scored 29.
