There are plenty of matches for bettors to get stuck into at the WTA event in Miami, also known as the Miami Open, on Tuesday, one of which is the match between McCartney Kessler and Marie Bouzkova, who will be meeting for the first time this season having last played each other on a hard surface in the USA back in 2024. 

McCartney Kessler, now ranked 48th in the world, has been playing some very decent hard-court tennis in 2025, recently reaching the final of the event in Austin, where she lost to world number four Pessica Pegula. Despite losing on that occasion, Kessler proved that she is capable of going deep at tournaments of this nature, while she also showed her ability to compete with top players in Dubai, beating Coco Gauff in three sets. 

For Marie Bouzkova, the early weeks of 2025 went quite well, with the world number 50 reaching the quarter finals in Brisbane, but she's since lost her way a little, struggling with injury. Having recently returned to the court in Indian Wells last week, where she lost in three sets, she'll be looking to improve.
