The Minnesota Timberwolves set their sight on a commanding 3-1 lead when they square it off again with the Los Angeles Lakers in Sunday’s Game 4 at Target Center.
The Wolves unleashed their fangs in their Game 3 win over the Lakers, as Jaden McDaniels poured in 30 points while Anthony Edwards and Julius Randle chipped in 29 and 22 points, respectively. Minnesota committed just 8 turnovers the entire game and hounded the Lakers to commit 16 errors. The Wolves also closed out the game with a 14-1 finishing kick in the final 4:30 minutes to put the final nail on the coffin.
The Lakers were in the thick of a back-and-forth fight with the Wolves until the final 4:30 minutes, when a 103-103 game turned into a double-digit loss.
